ITALICO-BELMONTE

Sweet and delicate taste cheese, seasoning until 60 days but it is tasty also eaten young. The rind is thin, smooth, elastic, pale yellow with rose-coloured shades. The paste is compact and homogenous in all the parts from the under rind to the centre.
Weight: available in two formats: from kg 2 and from kg 0.9.
