CRESCENZA

The latest of the range ARRIGONI, delicate and creamy, it is distinguished however for its very defined taste.
The crescenza is a fresh soft paste cheese today produced exclusively with cow’s pasteurised milk. The paste is soft, homogenous, without holes and white also on the surface.
