| The management of
the milk bovines happens with the innovative technique of the "attivometro" that
judges the health and the efficiency in base to their own motory activity. The data
collection, including those of the daily production of milk, happens in a central
computer. The cow-breeding has been
moved from the main establishment in the Sixties and has gradually extended.

Currently it includes beyond 300 cows that produce the milk in possession of the company
and give a part of the raw material that its worked at the cheese factory. Fodder
comes mostly from our lands. In fact it is a surface of almost 320 hectares scattered
between Pagazzano and its surroundings.
