The swine-breeding, practised in Pagazzano until the half of the Eighties, has been moved to Brignano Gera d' Adda to an adapted distance from the inhabited center. It’s a breeding with approximately 1000 sows in production. Also in this case the company decided to develop a complete breeding, from birth of the pig to the sale like "fat". In this way it is possible to control completely the increase of the pig and to be sure and guaranteed of the final quality of the product. Also for the swine-breeding most of the fodder comes from our lands and the cheese productions that provides the serum turning out from the working of the milk. Inside the breeding there’s a fodder production facility necessary to the preparation of alimentary mixtures destined to the automated distribution in the several pigsties and also to the feeding of the cow-breeding.
